Here are the winners and questions for the " Ask Kristen Bauer, Pam from True Blood a Question Contest".

 I was limited to 10 and tried to condense a few that were the same. I actually slid in an extra one hoping that she wouldn't mind so that there would be more of a range of questions for her to answer.

Vampire Awareness Month is the creation of Peter Bell & Mark Deniz. This idea came about after the success of their Zombie Awareness Month.

PublishAmerica has recently released a new vampire and werewolf book called Lifeless.

Here is the summary that they have released to the press:

 Pinocchio, Vampire Slayer and the Great Puppet Theater, is the upcoming sequel to the original Pinocchio, the Vampire Slayer and is set to be unveiled at Comic Con next Thursday, July 22nd in Room 3 at 1:30pm.

The book is written by Van Jensen and Dustin Higgins, who also is the artist.

The story is about Pinocchio finding other puppet friends to go along with him on his quest against vampires and other supernatural beings.

Shadow of the Vampire by Meagan Hatfield is a July release from HQN.Meagan is also the author or A Magical Encounter, a mystical fantasy story about a forbidden love with an elfin warrior. It is a MATURE READ. See the summary below.

Fright Night Film Festival is the 3rd largest genre film festival in the Mid America Region and the 3rd Largest Horror Film Festival in America. They are just barely behind the LA and New York shows. It is going to be in Louisville, KY the weekend of July 30th through August 1st.

I am excited about the event and thought that a possible interview with Ken Daniels the Founder and Producer of Fright Night Film Festival. Here is the interview:

Q. Who created this event? How did the idea come about?

We have discussed that with the rise in the following of vampires especially literary ones, universities have been offering classes and even degrees on vampires.

The Lost Boys was a cult hit in the 1980's with the two Corey's leading the way in the best teen vampire film, in this writer's opinion. But, with the death of Corey Haim, and the not so great Lost Boys 2; The Tribe, there was lots of questions as to whether or not there would be a Lost Boys 3.
