VO: A Short History in Pictures
THE LOOK: When you've been working on a website for decades, you have to change the look every now and again as the technology changes, but also to keep you from getting extremely bored with it.  For those of you who have been around since 1994, there have been several different looks.  I unfortunately don't recall them all, but thanks to a few screen shots that appeared in magazines over the years, and a few old files I still have on my hard drive, I have been able to reconstruct a few: Some old images. Recognize any of them? ;-)

Contact form issues resolved
Hi everyone, we just recently discovered an issue with our Contact form -- for several months now we have not been receiving any emails from the site, so any messages sent via that form simply disappeared somewhere into the internet. ;)If you happened to use the Contact form during this time, please accept our apologies.  Now that the form is working, we'd be happy if you contacted us again. :)

VO has lost some blood...
Just an FYI, I had a major database issue today, and had no current backup to fall upon (Renfield has been suitable chastized), therefore VO is a little under the weather right now.As it stands, the forums are offline, and the profiles are short some information.  All the info is still in the database, however I'm still working on getting it back.If any other issues crop up, please comment on this message. Thanks, V.

Late in the 17th century, there was a town called Croglin Grange (in Cumberland County, England). It's been said by some that the town was visited by a vampire... and the young lady in the tale barely escaped with her life.A one-story home in Croglin Grange was rented to a two brothers and their sister. One summer night, when the heat from the day still clung to the air, the sister was looking out her window at the stars. It was too hot to sleep. Suddenly, she noticed two lights that flickered in and out of the group of trees that lay beyond her window.
